A Day at the Beach with the Pierces

Today we met up with the Pierce family. We have been friends with the Pierce family for years. We go way back. Since everyone was in town for the holidays we decided to get together. We met at Venice Beach and walked around. It was such a beautiful day at the beach. Brent and Nikki Pierce live in Reno so they got to meet Sofia for the first time. We were so excited to introduce Sofia to their daughter Mackenzie. We ended the day with a delicious dinner at Duke's in Malibu. Thanks Pierce family...Always good times when we all get together!!

Thanksgiving Part 2

Today we went to Aunt Cathie's house to celebrate another day of Thanksgiving. We know how to do it right in this family!! Bella, Olivia, and Sofia were Polka-Dot triplets!! This was the only picture I got before my camera batteries died. I promise more people were there.We had a really nice time! Thanks Aunt Cathie and Uncle Rick!!

Sofia's 1st Trip to Disneyland...

Today was Sofia's 1st trip to the happiest place on earth!! Oh what fun! Papa, Grandma, Aunt Jen Jen, Bella, Livvie, Nana Irma, Charlie, Sofia, and I had such a great day. A lot of good memories.

10 Months!!!!!

It is true!! Sofia is 10 months old... This by far has been the best age yet!! It's amazing how much she has changed since last month! She is growing so fast!

...FUN FACTS ABOUT SOFIA...

• She waves "Hi" and "Bye".
• She loves to blow kisses.
• She has 8 teeth. 4 on top and 4 on the bottom.
• She loves to stand.
• She is like a parrot. She repeats words people say. Some of these words have been: Tickle Tickle, Pa Pa, and Vegas (our dog)
• She loves the song "The wheels on the bus".
• She likes to bounce up and down to Yo Gabba Gabba music.
• She LOVES her blanky. When we give it to her she smiles, gets all excited, and sniffs it. It's hilarious!
• She loves story time. Her favorite books are Good Night Moon, Snuggle Puppy, and Brown Bear Brown Bear.

10 Months Sure is FUN!!!

Trick or Treat...

On Halloween night, we went back over to Grandma and Papa's for some homemade chilli, cornbread, and some trick or treating... Sofia dressed up as Minnie Mouse for her first Halloween...

Of course she loved everything about her costume except for the ears....

Papa came trick or treating with us this year and Grandma stayed home to pass out the candy. We missed you Grandma!

Nana and Grandpa came over also...They couldn't wait to take their 1st grand-daughter trick or treating...
Trick or treating with cousins is the best!! This year Bella was a ladybug, Olivia was Hannah Montana and baby Reed was a 3-eyed monster...

I'm not sure what Sofia is thinking here...But I'm thinking it's.."This FREE CANDY thing is GREAT!!!

Halloween Morning...

We went to Grandma and Papa's house this morning for our annual Pumpkin carving contest...

Sofia was so excited to see her cousins and help Daddy carve her pumpkin...
